We accept deposits into our corporate account and paypal transactions. Once your order is communicated to us, we will forward you the required information to make payments

How do I know you have received my order?

We will communicate our acceptance of your order once we commence the process of fulfillment.

How do I cancel my order?

You will be able to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it and all refunds will be made 24 hours after cancellation excluding charges that may be taken by the financial institution.

Can I buy products as a Gift to a 3rd party?

Yes. We are able to fulfill 3rd party gift purchases at a minimal additional cost.

You will provide us details of what you want written on the gift delivery note.


What are the delivery options?

We offer pick-up service at select locations and discreet delivery option though our courier partners.

Do you deliver to work addresses?

Yes. We deliver to any address of your choice.

What rules apply to international deliveries?

We deliver to most West African countries. The customer will bear the delivery charge.


If you are unhappy with an item you bought from us or just wanting a change of mind, we will accept returns for refund or exchange within 3 days of confirmed delivery.

Items will be in their original/unbroken package (unbroken seals) to be eligible for return EXCEPT it is considered structurally damaged or faulty from the factory. Please contact us to communicate your decision before proceeding with the return process. .
